Marlowe Holden, “Amy”

Marlowe Holden is an actor, writer, and producer. Her short film, Women and Elephants, which she wrote, produced, and starred in, completed its festival run with several awards including Best Actress and Best Original Screenplay. Latest acting credits include the season finale of Law and Order, a lead role in the indie feature Midwinter by Ryan Balas (Best American Feature 2025 at Indy Film Fest, now streaming on AppleTV and Amazon Prime), and the feature film Take From Me which was acquired by BayView Entertainment (Skinamarink).  She is a member of SAG-AFTRA, AEA, and the Producers Guild of America. 


David Buchanan, “Dad”

David Buchanan is Professor Emeritus of Animal Science at North Dakota State University and Oklahoma State University. At the time of his retirement in 2023, he was the Associate Dean of the College of Agriculture, Food Systems and Natural Resources at NDSU. He was a Professor of Animal Science at OSU and NDSU for a total of 43 years. During that time he taught more than 10000 students and was an author for more than 450 publications. His expertise as a faculty member was Breeding and Genetics as applied to farm animals. During his career he won Teaching Awards from the American Society of Animal Science, the North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture, and the US Department of Agriculture. He also served as President of the American Society of Animal Science and was Chair of the OSU Faculty Council. This is his first time acting but he has been playing the role of “Dad” for over 40 years. 


STARR Busby, “Eesa”

S T A R R busby (they/she/he/we) is a Black experimental artist who sings, acts, composes, educates, and is committed to the liberation of all people. “…her otherworldly voice beautifully blurring the lines of R&B, avant-garde and the experimental that soothes and stuns” - Earl Douglas for The Interrobang. They are a teaching artist at Long Island University and through various programs at Carnegie Hall. S T A R R  leads a musical project set to release their debut album in 2026. They are also the front person for People’s Champs and have collaborated with artists such as The Gorillaz, Esperanza Spalding, X Ambassadors, Son Lux, Kimbra, Alice Smith, and Quelle Chris. They are a 2024 NYSCA Grant recipient; 2024 Lucille Lortel Award Winner - (pray); 2024 Drama Desk Award Nominee - (pray); 2019 Drama Desk Award winner - Octet.


Justin J Wee, “Fefe Fo Fum”

Justin J Wee is an artist whose work spans image-making, performance, and the culinary arts. He is part of the drag collective Judy and a company member at the American Mime Theatre. His photography has been commissioned by A24, The New York Times, Apple, Vanity Fair, and TIME.
